Basics Ways For Engine Methods!!

1. center stand your motorcycle then removed flairings, then, radiator, open those covers. seen in the picture

2, insert a sucket wrench in the big whole # 16, then turn it, while ur turning it, look inside the small whole, thats where u can see if ur in top end center,, shown below.. there are 3 lines inside

tip its hard to turn it or to put it to top end center if the sparkplug is still intact, remove the sparkplug then its smooth to turn clockwise & counter clockwise, ,

to double check if its in top end center, follow pics.thats were u can feel nthe piston is in top,

removed cylender cover as seen pics above and water pump on its side, its up to where u gonna do first, pics,

lossen the manifold connecting ton n cylender head,, release chain teansioner lock, ( diko alam tawag non,) then b4 you, lossen stud bolt located at the cylender head, and then the allen bolt at its side. but first you loosen the bolt from the chassy where the cylender is holding,
wehehe, removed pipe.
loosen or removed chain tensioner gear and its lock!!

red bracket bolt, green stud bolt,!!

if ur finish removing the stud bolts, ycan now removed the cylender head.

it should look like this, make sure u dont drop the caain tensioner inside the ingine,

u can now removed ur bore also or change it, \ thats how it looks when u remove the bore!!

precedure backwards when ur putting it back together,
tips, when u have attached the bore u pull the chain tensioner to put the piston at the top, double check on tis side where u can see if its on top end center, ayt!!

soon lower engine nmn.. for newbies like me, its all about the heart!! happy modes!!
