Anyway, you Indonesians are awesome.. The Thais had stopped most development of this bike. Seemed like the Indons are the most radical now. 71 x 76mm engine, 27x23mm valves, YZF250 igntion kit etc are all started from Indons. Nice.

no its not the same diameter.. especially comparing using photoshop.. actually it was scanned from local tabloid and its already been sold here.. look at the profile of the combustion chamber.. especially on the upper side (exhaust).. the inlet valve wont show too much difference because it only has 2,5 mm difference from 25 mm on the left...

Yes, photoshop compared images wont be very accurate. But the one on the left is definitely not a stocker. As the image is very low res, can't really be 100% sure.

2.5mm bigger?? ha. The stock T135 uses a 19.5 inlet and 17 ex. Where does the 2.5mm come from?

Anyway, on the claimed 27x23 valves, both the inlet and exhaust angles had been opened up.

Its also very near to the water passageway. With a combustion chamber this small, matched with such a big bore (it has got to big cos you'll need to use at least a 65mm bore up to accomodate such shallow angled big valves), the compression gonna be very high. Thus I believe that the water will have a very very high tendency to leak into the combustion chamber.

Its a lot of work gone into the head though. Not bad.

yup thats correct.. the 27,5 mm in and 23 mm out head is intended for up to 63.5 mm piston.. the left side is a modified stock head using 25 mm inlet valve .. so far no problem using this head..

So, how much would it cost to buy that head and 63.5 mm piston and block?
