re : trick switch boster

Dear bro,....

i am confiuse to, because i dont know the type switch on the 2nd gear.
look the wiring, ..."33" netral switch.
switch on 2nd gear(33) what type switch ??? NO(normali open) or NC (normali Close) whice one ??. if the switch is NC the "boster status" still active event 3nd and 4nd gear. but if the switch is NO, i think the "boster status" only working 2nd gear.
i want to tray that trick bro...... but i have to know how they work. :lol:

im confused...erm..i already cut the pink wire that come FROM the cdi..n ground it...

or

i must do like this??cut the pink wire into 2 part...n connect it to a switch??is it rite bro??

you are right.I have a mistake on the picture, cut out the pink wire and then connect it to a switch before ground it ( the first 1 is right).

owh thanks bro..so just the pink wire from cdi that go to a swith ...n the other wire from switch go to ground rite??its the same right if i just keep the pink wire to ground..???rite??

Really interested on TPS adjustment,,so,is it Clockwise or Counter-Clockwise that give more power?Are there any side effects for adjusting TPS?

i prefer schematic B

because it has an option to switch to stock setting
and switch to always grounded setting

the problem with rextor, its hard to adjust the correct angle of the TPS. the screw is to tight and the frame is blocking the screw. I'll just let the mechanic do it after tune up.

you need to down load both the service manual and the parts catalog located at the HOME PAGE, then print the parts manual. it will show you everything you need to see on your bike.

its located on the top portion cof the carb on the right side. you'll see a black thing with wires. I think its the only wire connected in the carb.

i think the 2nd 1 is more reliable.. i recommend, try to connect the wires by using connectors not by twisting.

limithum, can u briefly describe the use of pink wires?? and the diagram for puting a switch on the particular wire..
