cut the pink wire then ground it....?
put the switch between wire from CDI n the ground wire?
should do like this?

then...
it is true that pink wire from cdi disconnect from CDI socket if do like this?

for me i dont want to make any switch...so i just ground it..its the same if we put the switch..if we want to use it..on the switch...but for me i just want it to be on all the time...so i ground it..hahahha...

pink wire from the cdi goes to ground..not from the wire harness...peace..

how do u feel the difference? i mean the performance-wise. If i'm using BRT smartclick is it the same? :lol:

i just want to make this bike as fast as possible. I just can get 160 - 165 km/h on top speed even i adjusted the cdi to 14k rpm and using Nob1 Trioval SS. i don't really satisfied with it.

owh...y not u change the pipe manifold to a bigger one than stock manifold of nob1 ss....n make a new silencer on ur mufler...get a 1.5 inch stainless steel pipe..n drill a hole n weld it back..i just make one.. n the performance increase..n the sound is excellent compared to stock silencer..hahahha...

chnge ur block...cam..valve spring..carb...etc to make ur bike go even faster...

let me get this right...at stock setting,the pink wire just works at '2nd gear' but if grounded(switch ON) the pink wire,our bike are in 'boost mode'..i mean the bike's performance at all gears(1-4)are somewhat increased?if so...im gonna go for it...my CDi is still stock though,i just relayed it directly to battery(mmm..planning to get that REXTOR cdi,have to save some $ first...hehe)

just want to share my TPS adjustment experience.

The manual is somewhat turned the other way around. when it says (+) on blue wire and (-) on yellow wire should give .5V, in actual it gives me 4.14Volts!. that's a huge difference

Likewise, when the manual says (+) on the yellow wire and (-) on the blue/black wire should give 5V, the actual is giving me .77Volts! that's another unacceptable difference.

btw, (+) and (-) are the multimeter "terminals" (i don't know the term)

so far with this settings, i once had 110kph all stock at 1k mileage.(pretty new bike though)

can you guys help me understand?maybe I'm wrong or the manual itself is messing around.

the pink wire coming out from the cdi socket to be grounded to the chassis?
will it not short circuit our wiring?

:idea: i have an idea, how bout if the pink cable try to connect with relay where's that relay use 3 connector or 2switch that can be choose with no and nc which the nc will be connect to gear2 and no will connect to gear4 and the center of the switch will be connect with the ping wire cdi.
and as the result by automatically the booster RPM at gear 2 will be use in gear 4 also

is there anyone knows what is the maximum RPM at gear2? :shock:
