Big Carb Jettings / Jet Sizes Recommendation For Yamaha T135

Sir good day I am sorry for the late reply coz I just arrived from the province busy day hehe. My experience in SWR FLATSLIDE. Its plunger is very noisy during running condition, sa tingin ko yung plunger nya malaki ang clearance between the casing sir.. Medyo malakas talaga sa gas. Actually Sir I never planned to use to brand. Kaya lang sobrang talino nung unang shop na pinag katiwalaan kong mag set ng motor ko sir eh kaya napilitan akong bilhin para hindi narin makasira sa usapan hehe. Yung pag bibigay nya ng power sa motor sa observation ko ok naman malakas sa gas consumption na nga lang. yung jettings na ginamit ko 118/35 medyo bumaba consumption ko saka naitono naman sya kaya lang hindi ganun kaperfect yung spark plug reading. Hindi ko sure sir kung lahat ng flatslide type eh may alog ang plunger hintay tayong ibang opinion sa kanila sir para mas makapag decide ka ng mabuti. Godspeed Ride Safe Sir.

sir,ano po set up ng MC mo?superstock din po bah?ok sir,i'll take note of the jettings para maka save sa gas. .so far,satisfied nman ako sa performance,malakas ang hatak and nka mura din compare sa other flatslide carb.hehe. .thanks sa info sir. .Godspeed!

Where can i find mainjet and pilot jet? i really don't know the meaning of this two. All i know to adjust is the a/f and throttle or idle adjuster. Is this the mainjet and pilot jet? Sorry for noob question, because i am really a noob in terms of this.

if you want to give more power to your engine, don't mind the fuel consumption.. :D. proper jettings lng, trial and error sabi nga ng mga masters dito.. lots of hint from this site.. just hunt them and apply to your bike.. happy modification bro..:thumbsup:

I agree trail and error is the best way to know ... but the thing here is the options are very less here ... I'm from maldives ..so when you have less variety it's quite hard to get the performance you want out of the bike ... any ways thank you and ride safe brother (y)

62mm,22/20,stock stroke, 0.006-0.008in-out, cam regrind,1&6/8 turn, Sunworld 28mm D carb, open carb,
112/37=waswas mode,
110-108/37=traffic mode iwas sinok. this is my jetting po.

Can somebody here tell me wha,faits the perfect jetting for my swr 28mmcarb..pitzbyk rcdi,hi spees valve springs,faito racig coil..stock engine and head..14-41 sprocket combi..i really nid your help guys...

Sir can you help me with thw right jettings for my swr 28mm carb..pitzbyke rcdi,hi speed v.springs,faito racing coil..14-40 sprocket combi..im aint satisfied with its performance..my snipy vibrates a lot..wew..help sir..any auggestions..tnx a lot..

at what part, speed, throttle it vibrates paps, are you already on rcdi? as others say and I experience as well, mx vibrates more than classic. are your bike lowered or with fork stabilizer paps?

i mean my snipy vibrates a lot..no exact part paps..im on pitzbyk rcdi..number 6 setting..i aint lowered..i dont have dork stabilizer either..

Swr28mm carb..open carb to be exact sir..

what size of jettings will i use with my nibbi round 28mm. rcdi and pnp set, the rest stock. sprocket 15 40 combi.
